How does returns work?

Have you received your shirt and are you still not happy with your purchase? Then you can always return it within 14 days (free of charge). You can then get your money back or exchange it for another size or item. You can send this to a (PostNL / DHL point).

General return conditions

You have 14 days to change your mind. You may return the product (free of charge) within this period. The original cards and labels must be attached to the item. The item must be unused, unwashed and undamaged.

What steps when returning your item?

1. Register your return

You can return items within 14 days by registering the items as a return via info@mysalvation.com. Enter your order number and e-mail address here to register your return. You can find your order number on your invoice.

2. Pack your return

Pack the item in the original packaging and close it properly. Stick the return label on the package. With this form you can easily return the item and this ensures that we can process it.

3. Hand over your return

You can hand in your return at a (PostNL / DHL point). If you have registered your return, you still have 14 days to return your product.

Refund

You have 14 days to change your mind from the moment you receive your order. After you have registered your return and we have received the item, we will refund you as soon as possible. This will happen within 14 of days at the latest.

Do you use payment in arrears or in installments? Then we will adjust your outstanding balance within 14 of days at the latest. We wait with refund until we have received your return.
