Complaints

We strive to send your order to you as quickly, completely, and accurately as possible. Unfortunately, there may be instances where something goes wrong, such as an incomplete shipment, damage to an item, or any other issue that deviates from your expectations.

If anything has gone awry with your order, we’d like to know. We will make every effort to promptly resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction once again. In the case of a complaint, we kindly ask you to submit a report. You can do this by emailing info@mysalvation.nl with “Complaint” accompanied by the order number in the subject line. In your email, please provide a brief explanation of your complaint.

Subsequently, we will work with you to determine the best way to address and resolve your complaint.
